Why do people avoid wine?

Abstract: The article discusses research being done on wine avoidance. A study of drinkers in Australia, Canada, UK, US and India who rarely or never consumed wine revealed that wine avoidance as a phenomenon maybe less culturally sensitive than first thought, and that gaining recommendations from others was a key factor in choosing wine.
