"Hands down, marketing live experiences has been one of the most exhilarating challenges of my marketing career. In most traditional marketing roles, the marketer is in sole control of the product development AND roll-out. With that much control over the product and the message, the marketer can usually choreograph the customer’s initial experience with the product to more directly reinforce clear RTBs aka reasons to believe. If it doesn’t work, you can always innovate the product and/or make a “new and improved” version."
