Chandler joined the Institute in 2019 and has worked in a number of roles since. As a Senior Marketing Scientist, Chandler undertakes research for the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute's commercial clients and Institute Sponsors from around the world.

Chandler’s research explores how celebrities shape the way people notice and remember brands. His current work examines how celebrity endorsements can be used effectively in advertising without allowing the celebrity to outshine the brand.
