Elké Seretis
Deputy Director
Elké Seretis is the Deputy Director of the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the Institute.
As Deputy Director, Elké’s portfolio is diverse. She oversees client relationship management (and liaison), procurement, marketing, finance and field operations as well as the development and growth of the Institute and all business operations. A significant part of Elké’s role is the management of the Institute’s large team of business staff as well as her involvement in the day-to-day management of the Institute’s 60+ team of academic staff.
She’s been with the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for more than 20 years. Through her tenure, she’s managed comprehensive projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and has overseen the publication and sales process for the Institute’s five books, textbook and translations (including Professor Byron Sharp’s book How Brands Grow which has sold more than 100,000 copies).
Significantly, under Elké’s management has been the launch of many of the Institute’s external-facing program offers, most recently How Brands Grow Live! – For Executives, piloting in Singapore in April 2024. Elké is Executive Officer to the Institute’s three Advisory Boards in North America, Europe and Australia, as well as the Institute’s internal governance advisory boards.
